Pumpkin Bread via breadmaker

This is an adaptation from the potato bread recipe.  Making bread is very easy with the breadmaker.

Steamed pumpkin
Pumpkin flesh in the breadmaker

Weigh in all ingredients
Add water
Choose "sweet bread" option

After 20 minutes ...

After 1 hour ....
You can remove the kneading tool from the breadmaker or leave it as it bake.  

Almost 2 hours ...

Let the bread cool before cutting.


60g steamed pumpkin flesh
320g high protein flour
6g instant yeast
140g water
1 egg (size M)
30g sugar
60g butter
